Who we are
LALEJ Services Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16420257, registered office 302 Summerwood Road, Isleworth TW7 7QP. We act as data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
- Enquiry data: name, phone number, email address, postcode and what you tell us about your situation
- Care records: for clients, health information, care needs, medication, next of kin and daily care notes. This is special category data under UK GDPR
- Employment data: for applicants and staff, including DBS results and references
- Website data: analytics about how the site is used, only where you have consented
Our lawful bases
- Consent - for marketing and for non-essential cookies
- Contract - to deliver the care you have arranged
- Legal obligation - safeguarding duties, Ofsted and CQC requirements, employment law
- Vital interests - where someone's life is at risk
- Article 9(2)(h) - for health and care data, processing necessary for the provision of health or social care
How long we keep it
Retention periods to be confirmed. Care records are subject to statutory minimum retention periods that differ for children and adults; enquiries that do not become clients are held for a much shorter period. Set these out specifically here.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure (subject to our statutory retention duties), to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at orders@earnestcare.co.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, and you can do so without contacting us first.

This site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts. If you add analytics later, you must add a compliant consent banner that blocks non-essential cookies until consent is given - and update this section.
