Office and commercial cleaning in London

Offices, clinics, salons, nurseries and small commercial premises, cleaned before you open or after you close, by staff who are vetted to the same standard as everybody else here.

Short answer

Commercial cleaning covers scheduled cleaning of business premises - offices, clinics, salons, studios and retail units - typically delivered outside working hours. Earnest Care contracts start from £00 per hour, are priced on floor area, frequency and hours, and are delivered by DBS-checked, directly employed staff.

Premises we clean

Offices and studios

Desks, meeting rooms, kitchens and washrooms, cleaned before staff arrive or after they leave. Screens and keyboards on request.

Clinics and treatment rooms

Higher-specification cleaning for healthcare, dental, physio and aesthetic settings, with correct products, colour-coded equipment and documented procedures.

Salons and barbers

High-traffic, high-mess environments needing daily attention: hair clearance, basins, mirrors, floors and washrooms.

Nurseries and childcare settings

An area we understand unusually well. Correct products around children, toy and surface sanitising, and staff who are already DBS checked.

Communal areas and blocks

Entrance halls, stairwells, lifts, bin stores and corridors for managing agents and residents' associations.

Retail and small units

Shop floors, fitting rooms, back-of-house and washrooms, scheduled around trading hours.

How commercial cleaning is priced

Not by the hour alone. A quote depends on floor area, how many washrooms, how many people use the space, how often you need cleaning, and what time of day. An office of 20 people needing daily cleaning at 6am is a completely different contract from a studio of four needing a weekly visit.

Our contracts start from £00 per hour. We quote after a site visit, in writing, with the scope written out so there is no argument later about whether the kitchen was included.

What is included

  • All cleaning products and equipment
  • Washroom consumables supplied and restocked — soap, paper, hand towels, bin liners
  • Waste collected and bagged to your bin store
  • A written specification and a signed visit log
  • Cover when your regular cleaner is away, at no extra cost
  • A named account contact you can actually reach

Security, keys and alarms

Commercial cleaning almost always means unsupervised access outside working hours, which is exactly the arrangement that goes wrong at other companies. Ours is documented: named cleaners only, no unannounced substitutions, signed keyholding, alarm codes issued individually rather than shared, and a log of every entry and exit.

Every cleaner holds an enhanced DBS certificate. For a cleaning company that is unusual; for us it is simply the standard the rest of the business already runs to.

Insurance and compliance

£0 million public liability and employer's liability cover, with certificates provided at contract stage. Risk assessments and COSHH documentation for your premises are provided as standard — your own insurer or landlord will usually want to see them, and a cleaning company that cannot produce them is a problem you will inherit.

Frequently asked questions

How much does office cleaning cost in London?
Our commercial contracts start from £00 per hour. Pricing depends on floor area, number of washrooms, occupancy, frequency and the time of day required, so we quote after a site visit rather than over the phone.
Do you clean outside office hours?
Yes, and most contracts are delivered that way - early morning before staff arrive, evenings after they leave, or at weekends. Daytime cleaning is available where you prefer a visible presence.
Are your commercial cleaners DBS checked?
Yes, all of them, at enhanced level. This is unusual in commercial cleaning and it matters, because contract cleaning almost always involves unsupervised out-of-hours access to your premises.
Do you supply washroom consumables?
Yes - soap, paper, hand towels and bin liners are supplied and restocked as part of the contract, so you are not managing stock yourself.
Can you provide risk assessments and insurance certificates?
Yes, as standard at contract stage: risk assessments, COSHH documentation and certificates for our £0 million public liability and employer's liability cover. Your landlord or insurer will usually ask for these.
