Accessibility statement
We build for people who may have low vision, tremor, cognitive difficulty or no mouse. That is not a niche audience for a care provider - it is a large share of our visitors.
Our commitment
This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Specifically:
- All text meets or exceeds a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background, and large text meets 3:1
- The entire site is operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- All interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels
- Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or function, and the layout reflows without horizontal scrolling
- Headings are used in a logical, sequential order and landmarks are marked up correctly for screen readers
- Every image carries appropriate alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
- Form fields have persistent visible labels, and errors are announced to screen readers rather than shown by colour alone
- Animation is disabled automatically for anyone who has set a reduced motion preference
- The site respects your system light or dark theme preference
